What advice would you give to your younger self?
Find joy in the mundane, slow down and enjoy the small things that bring you happiness, life will feel a lot more full when you don’t constantly wait for Friday. Care less, less about how you look, your body, if people like you, how you come across. What people think about you has nothing to do with you, so let that worry disappear, I promise you’ll be happier for it. (Oh and don’t forget to use sunscreen!)
Which women inspire you the most?
I truly find the women around me inspire me the most, my family, friends, colleagues. My female friendships are so valuable to me and really do inspire and fill my cup the most. (Also, Lizzo. I wish Lizzo was around when I was growing up, so inspirational, authentic, uplifting and real, plus so much talent! Amazing!)

What advice would you give to your younger self?
Focus on the present and not to worry too much about the future. Life is farrrrr too short to worry about silly things or compare yourself to others. Try as many new things as possible, travel, take risks, enjoy yourself and all life has to offer. You only have your youth once so make the most of it! Focus on your own goals and strive towards being the best possible version of yourself that you could be. (keep that lust for life forever alive
Which women inspire you the most?
Undoubtably my mum and sister. Growing up with a mum who constantly strived to create a successful female led business whilst still giving me a fun, adventurous, memorable childhood constantly amazes me. Juggling both business and family must have been hard but nonetheless I never noticed and still had such a wonderful childhood! Similarly, having a hard working, independent, successful sister meant I had a great person to look up to. Their love and motivation helped and still helps to shape me into the woman I am.

What advice would you give to your younger self?
My advice to my younger self is to not worry so much about what everyone else thinks of what I’m doing. Life is too short, so do everything you want to do and embrace each experience that you know will bring you joy
Which women inspire you the most?
I would say that having seen my friendship group start to grow their families, those who are mums around me, currently inspire me the most (including other family members and of course, my own mum!) . These ladies are superwomen and so full of love; there’s a lot of hard work, sacrifice and balance in their day to day and they manage to get it all done as well as making time for themselves.
Holly Jones- Merchandising Assistant
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Be true to yourself and don’t be afraid to speak up. Learn to be confident in yourself and don’t compare yourself to others – focus on being the best version of you and don’t worry about what others are thinking. Have fun and surround yourself with people you love and make the most of every opportunity that comes up!

What advice would you give to your younger self?
I would encourage myself to be more confident less self conscious and follow your Dreams and have the belief that you can achieve whatever you want to achieve in this life, be strong and surround yourself with positivity and positive kind people, and always be there for each other.
Which women inspire you the most?
There are so many women across the world that I am inspired by especially the strength of the women in countries where they struggle to get their voices heard, and the women who are surviving the everyday life in some of the many war zones that unfortunately are still happening across the World. I am also inspired by strong business women such as Karen Brady one of many. On the other side the sheer strength and character and the impact that Deborah James had on so many people, she was amazing and touched so many others throughout her battle with cancer.
Karen Lillywhite- Merchandising Manager
What advice would you give to your younger self?
I would give my younger self the advice to stick with school and study more. Although this has not held me back in my career, in the modern world it would have been easier if i kept with education. However, despite everything it has made me more disciplined and motivated to pursue my goals!
Which women inspire you the most?
Princess Diana to me was an inspiring woman. She used her platform to speak out for those who were not able to speak for themselves. She championed causes such as the fight against HIV/AIDS and children’s rights. Her courage, compassion, and kindness has always inspired me. I’m also inspired by my colleague Georgia and how confident she is.
We are also supported by our amazing team of women in India, some of which have been with us for 20 years! Happy International Women’s day!
