The Iced Latte Recipe You Have To Try This Autumn
A good iced coffee can go a long way. That being said, there is nothing quite worse than that when the ice melts and dilutes the delicious espresso inside the cup - right? If you think about it, having iced coffees in the height of summer, posing the risk of instant melting, isn’t the most logical way to enjoy them. So what better time to enjoy one on a crisp Autumn day? An iced coffee can be a lighter, refreshing mid-morning alternative to a normal coffee to enjoy in between meetings or to quench the thirst when mastering your DIY project. Of course though, if you’re going to have an iced coffee this time of the year then it must have an autumn twist. Whether enjoying whilst tucked in bed, lounging on the sofa in your PJ’s or on the move - here is our favourite Autumn Pumpkin Iced Latte Recipe:
● 2 shots of espresso
● 2 tablespoons of pumpkin syrup
● 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
● 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice ( please a little extra for dusting)
● Pinch of sea salt
● Ice
● Whipped cream (optional)
Start by combining all the ingredients, minus the ice, in a blender and pulse until frothy. Drizzle some extra syrup on the inside walls of your glass and pour the mixture over a glass of ice. Top with whipped cream and a dusting of pumpkin pie spice. Happy sipping!
