Christmas Returns

You have until the 15th January 2024 to return any items purchased as Christmas gifts for an exchange or full refund (exchange only available for UK). If you received an item as a gift for Christmas you can return it by 15th January for an exchange or e-voucher without the original purchaser being notified (exchange only available for UK).

Any return posted after 15th January 2024 will not be accepted.

We will only accept returns that have been unworn with all labels still attached. When trying on items please avoid make up/creams coming into contact with them. Please also make sure that bottoms are tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious this hasn’t been done.

United Kingdom

YODEL – Standard UK Delivery - £3.95 - Free of charge over £60

YODEL UK STANDARD is one of our standard delivery services sent by Yodel. This is a tracked service that takes between 2-4 days to arrive.

If the items in your order equate to £60 or over, this service is free of charge.

Evri – Standard UK Delivery - £3.95 - Free of charge over £60

Evri UK STANDARD is one of our standard delivery services sent by Evri. This is a tracked service that takes between 2-4 days to arrive.

If the items in your order equate to £60 or over, this service is free of charge.

Royal Mail - Standard UK Delivery - £3.95 - Free of charge over £60

Royal Mail 48hr Delivery is one of our standard delivery services sent by Royal Mail. This is a tracked service that takes between 2-4 days to arrive. If the items in your order equate to £60 or over, this service is free of charge.

DPD 48hr Delivery - Standard UK Delivery - £5.95 - Free of charge over £60

DPD 48hr Delivery is our standard delivery service sent via DPD. This is a tracked service that takes 1-2 working days to arrive. Please allow more time during busy shopping periods.

If the items in your order equate to over £60, this service is reduced to £2.00.

(*UK orders over the value of £150 will be sent exclusively with DPD, free of charge)

*Please note our free delivery threshold of £60 will always be applied after a discount code is used, not before. If your order total is below £60 after using a discount code then a delivery charge will be applied.

Rest of World- DPD Worldwide Delivery - £15.00

We are happy to send parcels to most addresses outside of Europe. This is a tracked service that can take up to 7 working days to arrive at your address. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please note once your order arrives in the country of delivery there may be customs and duty charges to pay, this is the sole responsibility of the recipient to pay to receive the goods and cannot be refunded or reimbursed.

Europe - DPD European Delivery - £7.00

For our European delivery service we use DPD Europe. This is a tracked service that can take 2-5 working days to arrive at your address.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please note all duties and taxes are paid and therefore no further charge is required to receive your parcel.

EU delivery currently to these countries only*:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Andorra, Liechtenstein, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City.

*We do not currently ship to Spain, Greece, Norway or Switzerland due to the additional customs requirements however, we are working on providing this service very soon and will update customers as soon as its available.

Ireland - DPD European Delivery

€9.00 - Orders of the value €0.00-€149.00

€15.00 for orders over €150

For our Ireland delivery service we use DPD Europe. This is a tracked service that can take 2-5 working days to arrive at your address.

Australia & New Zealand - DPD Worldwide - $40.00 

For our Australia & New Zealand delivery service we use DPD Worldwide. This is a tracked service that can take up to 7 working days to arrive at your address.

*Please note the final price your pay at the checkout will be inclusive of all duties
and taxes for both Australia & New Zealand. You will not be expected to pay any further charges once your parcel arrives in the country.

Middle East - DPD Worldwide delivery - £15.00 

*Israel, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Qatar & Kuwait only*

This is a tracked service that can take up to 7 working days to arrive at your address. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please note the final price you pay at the checkout will be inclusive of all duties & taxes. You will not be expected to pay any further charges once your parcel arrives in the country of delivery.

Canada & USA - DPD Worldwide delivery - $15.00

*Please note the final price you pay at the checkout will be inclusive of all duties and taxes for both Canada & USA. This does not apply however if you're located in the USA and your checkout value is over $800. You will not be expected to pay any further charges once your parcel arrives in the country of delivery if your order value falls under this value.

This is a tracked service that can take up to 7 working days to arrive at your address. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

You have 28 days from when you receive your order to return your goods to us.

UK

We've taken our returns online and they’re FREE!

  1. Visit our returns and exchange portal here and enter your FE order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email.)
  2. Select the item(s) that you would like to return for a refund, exchange or take store credit for and tell us the reason.
  3. The Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of our Fable & Eve e-voucher that retains value once the order has been received back at our warehouse. This means that you can use it as many times as you like until the balance reaches a value of 0.
  4. Confirm you will take your repackaged items to your local Post Office for return by Royal Mail.
  5. You will then be sent a return confirmation email containing a QR code or a label to print, whichever you would prefer.
  6. Take your repackaged items to your local Post Office and either attach your pre-paid printed label or show the QR code on your mobile phone for scanning.
  7. If you are using the QR code, a pre-paid returns label will be printed by the Post Office and attached to your parcel and you will then be provided with a tracking receipt.

If you’re returning a gift and don’t want the gifter to be notified you can select 'Start a Gift Return' and follow the steps here to exchange your gift. You'll be able to exchange your gift in a way that means the gifter won't be notified.  

You will not be charged for your exchanged item, you can switch this for the same item but in a different size or an alternative item. You can use this ‘Exchange for Anything’ feature which is for similar priced items. If an item is of less value, then you’ll be refunded the difference.You'll receive an email with a new tracking confirmation as soon as your new order ships out.

Alternatively, you can receive the value back onto one of our online gift vouchers through this portal.

 ** - Please allow up to 7 working days for your return to get back to us, via the freepost address. Once your return has been received we will notify you and it can take up to 2 working days to appear back into your account. It can take up to 5 working days in busier periods.

If you wish to return your swapped item, please note that you will see a £0 value when selecting the item to return due to the current portals set up but please know that you will receive the value of the item/s returned to your original payment method. We are actively working with our portal team to improve this experience for you as quickly as possible and do not wish to cause any confusion.

International

You can also use our returns portal for oversea returns but at this time the cost of returns will be covered by the customer and not by the retailer:

  1. Visit our returns portal here and enter your FE order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email.)

  5. You will then be sent a return confirmation email containing your label to print and attach to your parcel.
  6. Take your repackaged items to your local drop off point of choice and attach your pre-paid printed label.

If you’re returning a gift and don’t want the gifter to be notified you can select 'Start a Gift Return' and follow the steps here to receive the value back onto one of our online gift vouchers through this portal.

Cancelling an order

Our warehouse team look forward to receiving your order and will immediately prepare it once it has been processed.

Therefore, once your order is confirmed, this cannot be cancelled or amended.

Please do make sure that you are 100% happy with your order before completing your purchase and check all sizing and address details are correct. You can always return the incorrect goods to us and you can place a new order for the correct item/s.
